Halo Water Proofing started small in the Saint Elmo area and grew because customers kept referring us to their neighbors — that's still how most of our work comes in today.
Every Saint Elmo technician we send is background-checked and trained on the exact equipment we install — not a subcontractor picked up for the day.
We've worked on foundations from decades-old Saint Elmo homes to brand-new builds still settling into their soil, so whatever your basement is dealing with, we've likely seen a version of it nearby.
One phone call gets you a straight answer and a real appointment — not a vague callback promise.
📞 +1-866-476-1348Water problems build slowly before they become emergencies. These are the clues our Saint Elmo crews hear about most.
If the basement smells damp no matter the season, water is likely finding a way in somewhere you can't see.
Small cracks in a Saint Elmo foundation rarely stay small — seasonal ground movement tends to widen them over time.
Efflorescence is a reliable early sign that water is moving through your Saint Elmo foundation wall right now.
A pump under constant strain tends to fail during the exact storm that needs it most.
This is one sign we tell Saint Elmo customers never to wait on — wall movement tends to progress, not resolve on its own.
Flooring that's cupping near an exterior wall often traces straight back to a basement moisture issue below.
Whatever's going on with your Saint Elmo property, chances are we've already fixed something similar nearby this month.
A flooded Saint Elmo basement doesn't wait for morning, and neither do we. Our crews pull the standing water and start drying the space the same visit.

Every Saint Elmo quote is written before work starts, not estimated verbally and adjusted later.
You get documentation of the work plus a real warranty — not just a handshake.
